• Create emojis depicting real people without their consent

5. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of any images you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process your images solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Generated Content: Emojis created through our Service may be used by you for personal or business purposes, including uploading to Slack or Discord workspaces.

Our Content: The Service, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by Excel Technology Holdings, LLC dba createmoji.ai and is protected by intellectual property laws.

6. AI-Generated Content

Our Service uses artificial intelligence to generate emojis. While we strive for quality results, we cannot guarantee that AI-generated content will meet your specific expectations. AI outputs may occasionally produce unexpected or imperfect results.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Excel Technology Holdings, LLC dba createmoji.ai, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
